Together we explore energetic songs from everyone’s past to bring to life your inner beat. Wrapping up the session with a mindful recentering of the body. We focus our breath and stretch our body. Taz and Kim bring the warmth of music to your group and a feeling of family in your service center.You'll have the chance to make your own smoothies, muffins, and other tasty treats, customizing the flavors to your liking. Our expert chef will guide you through the recipes and techniques, ensuring you leave with new cooking skills.
