HEART AND SOUL SOLUTIONS

Taz and Kim will guide your group through a drum circle session unlike any other. We begin with welcoming sounds in the air and mood lighting to get your brain and body in tune with rhythm and the instruments available. The welcome portion will introduce your guides and what we wish to bring into your life through our heart and soul. Together we explore energetic songs from everyone’s past to bring to life your inner beat. Wrapping up the session with a mindful recentering of the body. We focus our breath and stretch our body. Taz and Kim bring the warmth of music to your group and a feeling of family in your service center.

Music, karaoke, and sing-along time mixed with a small culinary experience of a demo and hands on making of foods or drinks. Ending the class with a group recap of the culinary portion, partaking in the food and beverages that were made, and listening to DJ Say Less wrap up all the fun times that happened during our class.
